About Jaz

Jaz Cyan is a self-published author, entrepreneur, and Domestic Violence Advocate dedicated to empowering individuals through awareness, education, and purposeful action. She holds a degree in criminal justice and criminology from Eastern Michigan University, which has helped shape her understanding of systemic challenges and fuel her commitment to creating positive change.

As a survivor of domestic violence, Jaz understands the profound impact of abusive relationships. This personal experience led her to establish The Brave Method, an organization focused on educating individuals about domestic abuse prevention, promoting healthy relationships, and empowering people to break free from harmful cycles. Through The Brave Method, Jaz works to raise awareness, offer support, and amplify the voices of those who may feel silenced.

Her debut novel, Crystal’s Method, is an intimate and powerful story inspired by true events. The book follows a young girl's journey through trauma, resilience, and growth, shedding light on the complexities of abuse while delivering a hopeful message. With this novel, Jaz aims to increase awareness about domestic violence and inspire readers to recognize the strength and courage needed to overcome such challenges.

In addition to her advocacy initiatives, Jaz is a dedicated entrepreneur with a deep commitment to creating meaningful change. As a devoted mother and a family-centered individual, Jaz draws inspiration from her own life experiences to build a legacy centered around her core values: empowerment, education, and compassion. She believes in the power of sharing personal stories to inspire others and hopes to encourage people to live courageously, make healthier choices, and embark on their own journeys of self-discovery and resilience.
